About Bristol TENN-VA BOTTLE CLUB
BTVBC is a newly founded bottle club in the Bristol TN/VA area that also serves the Tri Cities area and south western Virginia area. We are bottle collectors and antique enthusiasts alike, but we all share one thing in common, we love local history and learning more about where these bottles and other antiques were made and who made em. We hold meetings every 3rd Tuesday of every month at Grand Antiques on West State Street right across from 5'o Clock Bar and Grill, meetings start 6:30 pm, so bring some bottles, tell some stories, we love to hear from ya. See ya there!!!
News and Announcements

Well, it's been awhile since we have updated our website, we are still getting ourselves situated and still looking for new members, also on a side note, during this time we lost a beloved member of our small group, Robert Kesner Jr., he will be dearly missed along with his witty humour and warm fuzzy attitude. We are looking for more people to join our small group of people that are interested in antique bottles and other odds and ends that teach us about Bristol's history.

Today, a few of our members went to check out a cistern that was located on Moore street to see if there would be anything of interest inside. Charlie Barnette, Joe Lee, and Brandon Horne brought their shovels, picks, and probes to do some digging!!! They came across a few things, they dug up 3 BIM medicine bottles, but 2 of them were plain and one was a Dr. Kilmers Swamp Root K&L Cure, alas Charlie accidently knocked the side of it off with his probe.. WOOPS!! In the future, we will be posting up the digs and such on the site ahead of time to get more people aware of the events, so they can get involved as well too.
